Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using Menuframer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Menuframer on behalf of a restaurant or other business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The service

Menuframer lets you build a menu once and publish it as an embeddable menu you paste into the website you already have. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for the information in your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

The subscription is billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, or misleading.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the menu information, photographs, and other content you add to Menuframer. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to provide the service — including rendering your published menu or site to your guests. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

7. Intellectual property

Menuframer, its software, and its branding are owned by Newcastle Flow. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy, modify, or resell the service.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Menuframeravailable and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Newcastle Flow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using Menuframer at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. On termination, your published menus and sites will stop being served.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Newcastle Flow operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
